Healing is about coming home to yourself

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a certified counsellor and a fellow traveller in the journey of healing and self-discovery.

My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness, providing a safe and supportive environment for you to connect within.

I work with people navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and deep-seated patterns that no longer serve them. I do not pathologize; instead, I trust that you are always the expert of your own experience.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you explore your inner world. Together, we’ll cultivate a space of curiosity and compassion, where all parts of you can be seen, heard and met.

Embracing the Liminal

I’m no stranger to the liminal — the space between what was and what’s next. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in the advertising and the nonprofit sectors. I understand the realities of stress, burnout, and the search for meaning. Now, I hold space for those navigating their own in-betweens.

My own path has been a continuous exploration of identity and healing, at the intersections of psychology, spirituality, and ecology. What nourishes me? Nature, movement, soulful conversations, and a great cup of coffee.

If you find yourself in transition, longing for deeper self-understanding, or ready to meet yourself in a new way, I’d love to walk alongside you.
