I’m a certified counsellor and a fellow traveller in the journey of self discovery. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and intuitive, weaving together IFS, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with yourself.
I work with people navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and deep-seated patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready to explore the depths of your inner world, this is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
